Q: I registered on the system and I never received a "Candidate Registration" email?
A: Please check your SPAM folder in your mailbox and also ensure that donotreply@erecruit.co.za (system 'from' email address) is a trusted email source (Google the information if required). Your mail account could also be blocking emails so please check your settings. 

Q: I received the "Candidate Registration" email, but I am unsure of what to do? 
A: You need to verify your email address (and possibly cell phone number). To do this, log in and click on Manage Account Details; then click on the link to send you a verification email or SMS to start the process. We will send you a One Time Pin to enter and verify your email or Cell/Mobile Number. Once verified, you can access:

Q: I am unable to ‘save’ my online CV information on the system. What could the issue be? 
A: If there is date field in the step (e.g. date of birth) please make sure you are manually entering in the format correctly (e.g. 2012/01/31). Also ensure that you are completing all required fields in each step. If you are attaching documents to your profile, the size must not exceed the maximum allocated size limit (as highlighted below the field). If you are receiving an error message, please log out of your profile and try again. If the problem persists then please try the process on a different computer. 

Q: I am trying to complete my profile information, but the system states that my ID number already exists:
A: This means that your ID number has already been registered in our system. Please log out of your profile, click on "Sign In", then click on "Login difficulties?", then click on the "Forgotten email?" link. Complete the required information in the "Other Identifying Information" input of the form and please highlight the issue you are experiencing. A notification of your query will be sent to us.

Q: I applied for a position, but I never received an application confirmation email. How can I check if my application has been received? 
A: Please click on My Applications to view a list of all positions you have applied for. Should the position not be listed, then you have not yet applied for the position. Please try again. 

Q: I withdraw my application for a job that I had applied for and I would like to reapply for the position. How can I do this? 
A: Unfortunately you will not be able to reapply for the same position from your profile. Please log a support call with our HR department in order for us to reverse your application status.

Q: What is the maximum size of the attachment I am allowed to upload?
A: The maximum file size that you are allowed to upload is 500kb.

Q: Can I delete my CV from the system?
A: No you can’t, you will have to click on 'Edit' to upload another attachment in place of the first one.
